The keys are in a key box. The box can be opened by using a number code.

The key box is located at the entrance door. (there are totally 4 Key safes )

Which Key Safe you have to open and the code for it, you receive two days before arrival.

After open the correct Key Safe at the entrance door, you can use the key inside for the entrance and the apartment door.

Please put the key back in the key box at the entrance door where you find it!

The key is located in a key box directly at the entrance door. You can therefore check in alone.

The instructions and codes are sent via the booking platforms. Two days before arrival you will receive all codes and informations you need to get into the building and the apartment. Please check your messages on the platform or your emails (including spam folders).

We do not have our own parking spaces. There are several public parking garages nearby. Here are two:

BOE Parken, Nordbahnstraße 49, 1020 Wien (2,20€/h, max.22€/day)

Payuca Parking, Nordbahnstraße 36, 1020 Wien (start from 1€/hour, need the app)

Forgetting the key means additional costs because we have to order a key service to come. Please pay attention to the key.

The final cleaning, local tax, bedsheets and towels are included.

Bed linen and two towels per each person booked are included.

Animals are not allowed.
