Similar to a hotel, you simply leave the room in a tidy condition, you do not have to clean it yourself. If you have received a physical key, please put it back in the key safe and set the combination to 0000.

The country of Austria requires us to collect certain data from our guests. Your data will not be used for evaluation or profiling, it will only be used to prevent crime and will not be passed on to the government or other third parties.

We provide everything you would expect in a hotel: Towels, bed linen, etc.

We clean your apartment before your check-in and after your check-out. If you need an intermediate cleaning, this is possible for a fee. For longer stays, the in-between cleaning is of course free of charge

You are welcome to leave your suitcases in your new apartment starting at 12:00.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our apartments. However, you are welcome to smoke outside.

You are welcome to sit down with friends for a few glasses of good wine.

Parties, on the other hand, are prohibited without exception.

Experience has shown that the cleaning effort increases immensely, the night’s rest is disturbed and damage is caused.

For these reasons, we have decided to ban parties. In addition, we have had to impose a fine for non-compliance.
